Dr. Joe Mandola is a Houston native, a 1974 graduate of Memorial High School and a magna cum laude graduate of Texas A&M University. He graduated from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 1981 and has practiced in Richmond, Texas since September of 1981. Dr. Mandola's Richmond Animal Hospital was the first Houston area hospital to recieve the TVMA "Heritage Award" in recognition of continuous animal care.
